Q. What is Coaching?

ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

It is a self-reflective process in which the coach partners with the client to inspire them to achieve their goals.

Q. What is mentoring?

It is an advising process where the client learns from the mentors’ experience and expertise.

Q. What is consulting?

It is a process in which the consultant gives standardised tested solutions to the client

Q. What is counseling?

It is a process of untangling past psychological patterns and experiences to get a resolution.

Q. What is Priti’s approach as a Coach?

Priti Gupta Coach uses evidence-based techniques, Mindfulness, and Positive Intelligence to traverse the client on an inner journey leading to their transformation and enabling them to lead from within.

Q. What does a typical Coaching engagement look like?

Coaching is about having deep meaningful conversations between the Coach and Client around a goal that the client wants to achieve. These conversations are held primarily over Zoom at a pre-decided time over a period of 3-8 months.

Q. What happens after I sign up?

We will collaboratively decide the duration and number of sessions of the coaching engagement, to help you achieve your goal.

Q. What is expected of me, as a client?

So that you derive maximum from this personalized coaching journey, your commitment and dedicated efforts towards it, is primary to your success.
