I am an ICF (International Coach Federation) certified Professional Transformative Coach with PCC credentials. With my Engineering and Coaching background, I bring a unique blend of thought leadership and ability, to make my clients traverse a path of inner journey & self-realization, thereby helping them realize their undiscovered potential.
I customize my coaching engagements to make it satisfying for the clients. My holistic approach opens new pathways and generates new perspectives to move them to the next level.
I am an Engineer by background, and have designed and commercialized television sets across India & Japan. This has given me a strong foundation into the operations of an engineering company. I am able to leverage my engineering mindset and analytical skills, whilst coaching my clients.
After 8 months of coaching 90% of clients reported increased leadership confidence, 75% led a new business initiative, 100% reported improved team engagement.

This is me
Being a student of Indian classical dance form Kathak and an active Yoga practitioner, enables me to adopt techniques of centering & grounding, in my coaching conversations. I weave in the concepts of mindfulness and spirit-centered leadership when I coach. As an enthusiastic fitness and sports person, I have lead teams and brought out qualities of support, motivation and achievement. I have a natural ability to draw insights and create meaningful strategized outcomes.
Alongside my home country, India, I have had the opportunity of staying for a decade in Singapore. Additionally, I have traveled extensively around the globe, across Asia Pacific, Middle East, UK/Europe, and the Americas. This has given me exposure to multi-cultures, and an understanding & appreciation of cultural diversity.
